Very few people know it takes around 250 hours to plan a wedding. Our approach is always bespoke, creating beautiful and ambient spaces. We enjoy working with you to come up with personalised concepts and discover ways to infuse your big day with style and imagination. We always keep an open mind and incorporate thoughtful, unique details. We've created and planned stunning weddings across Sydney, the South Coast, Southern Highlands, Hunter Valley and Newcastle. The Ultimate Bespoke Package

Large or small, we'll tailor an individual package to suit your needs, including on-the-day management and extensive styling and planning assistance in the lead-up to the event. Whether it's venue inspections, rehearsals, menu tastings or design examples; whatever you need, we'll arrange it for you.

Destination Wedding Management

Every couple chooses a location that has special meaning to them and it may not be right on your doorstep. If you're planning a wedding outside of Sydney, things can get complicated, but they don't have to. We can look after the 'wedding festival' for you. Why not choose somewhere like Byron Bay or Noosa and let us look after the logistics, saving you buckets of time? If you have a top secret location or VIP guests, we are very good at being 'secret squirrels' and will pull everything together with the utmost discretion

Creative Styling and Design

If you have the planning and logistics covered and just want some help designing the concept and look and bringing it all together, we can provide expert advice on the latest styles and trends. We'll show you how to give your wedding that something extra special to wow your guests.

On the Day Coordination

Are you one of those forward planners who has done all the organising already and now wants to sit back and relax as your wedding approaches? If you just need someone a month beforehand to double-check all your bookings and make sure you haven't forgotten any details, confirm supplier bump-in and bump-out times and check contracts, this is where we come in.

We will sit down with you and create a plan and running order for both the ceremony and reception, ensuring each and every detail is looked after. Let us be the contact point on the day, allowing you, your family and friends to have an amazing experience while we make sure everything runs smoothly.

Proposal Planning

Guys, do you know how to knock your girl's stilettos off? We do, and we can work with you to design a truly unique proposal idea. Whether you just need help coming up with a concept or are looking for assistance to make it all happen, we can help. Just call us the proposal genies!

Man Plan

Not all grooms leave every last detail to their other half these days. Whether you're interested in centrepieces or just want to make sure you show up on time in the right attire, we can look after whatever you don't have time for. From suits and cars to grooming and celebrants, we've got all the bases covered to help you do your share of the planning like a pro, whether you want to let on you had a little help or not!

Our Little Black Book

Want to plan it all on your own, but not sure who to go to? We only work with the best and nicest in the industry, whether it's stationery, floristry, catering, entertainment, lighting, audio visual, furniture or decor hire. You can be sure we'll only recommend the most professional suppliers and quality products. Then we hand it over to you to plan and organise yourself.
